pixiv old and new digital art comparison (pixiv新旧デジ絵比較, pixiv shinkyū deji e hikaku) is a tag for artists comparing their old drawings with their current drawings.
Usually they will draw an old drawing again in the way they do now. Also usually, the old drawing might be only one year ago or a collection of the same drawings over many years. Some are just summaries of drawings over the years that are not the same drawing.
Sometimes the older drawing can a bit more charm to some.
